The existing 7am to 7pm HGV cordon around the Sandymount area is now a 24hr cordon. If the premises you are delivering to is within this area you will require a permit to deliver 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. This change also means that Strand Rd can no longer be used by hauliers to access Dublin Port.
